24/7 Cerutti Service, the newly born hotline that provides Cerutti customers with 24-hour access to service support

From October the 1st our Cerutti Service Team will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year available!

In the increasingly competitive reality in which we operate, it is now imperative for each printer to maintain the highest levels of efficiency on their presses. The swift response to a problem can be a deciding factor; often finding at once the solution to a fault or reducing press down-time can indeed mean saving an order.

For these reasons, we wish to make available to our customers a tele-assistance service that will guarantee them a secure resource to draw upon and relieve uncertainties; a unique channel of intervention operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that will allow them to maximise press up-time.

Our sister company, 24/7 Cerutti Service, is able to provide this type of assistance: highly skilled electronic engineers with long-standing experience at Cerutti will play an active role in the service.

If customers experience a malfunction on their press, they can notify Cerutti Service by contacting the free-phone number or inserting the breakdown description on the web site area. Cerutti Service’s skilled technicians will contact the customer within 90 minutes from receipt of the notification.

The service fee is the aggregate of a fixed yearly fee for each site in which Cerutti rotogravure presses for publication or packaging material printing are hosted and a pre-paid card which will enable the user to enjoy a credit of 40 points.
Every time a notice is made beyond the time schedule of 8.00-17.00 Italian time, weekends, pre-holiday days and holidays in Italy, the credit is reduced by 1 point.

Customers who undertake our proposal will also be able to access the electronic technical documentation of the press available via the Cerutti Service website for self-help.
