Visitors to Emballage 2008 will have the opportunity to see the latest jewel based on this technological standard developed by the Sacmi Imola Closures & Containers division. An upgrade of the CCM48S, the machine offers the same excellent performance – modest consumption and very low cycle times, as brief as 2.4 seconds – but, with its 24 moulds, is ideal for companies aiming for an hourly output of 30,000 pieces. Able to produce caps with a diameter of up to 33 mm (PP and PE) the CCM24S is produced by Sacmi with an integrated vision system for in-line quality control.
