Bio Essentials goes with SleeveCo

Bio Essentials Inc., a Reno, NV, based company, recently launched Motion Potion Rx, a nutraceutical beverage aimed at providing a solution for the millions of American’s that suffer from joint pain.

For the drink, Bio Essentials chose to go with an all-natural remedy featuring 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate, which is an essential component in forming and repairing cartilage for healthy, active joints. To print the label, the company chose SleeveCo, a flexographic and rotogravure printer and converter based in Dawsonville, GA.

The 2-mil label is reverse printed by SleeveCo in four colors on BonPET 5A film provided by Bonset. Quest Packaging applies the labels to the 16 oz. containers, which are made by Amcor.

Bio Essentials currently sells Twisted Berry flavor Motion Potion in targeted locations in the West, and plans to roll out the product nationwide throughout 2003 with the release of two new flavors this month. All three flavors will include glucosamine sulfate in addition to vitamins C, B12, B5, and Taurine.

“Motion Potion came from our desire to offer a natural alternative that gets to the core of joint pain sufferer’s problems–repair,” said Dr. Michael Nelson, founder of Bio Essentials.
